Order requests & confirmation
Submitting an order request does not create a confirmed order and no payment is required at that stage. Timber & Tumbler will review your request, availability, design details, timeline and pricing. Your order proceeds only after the details and final price are confirmed with you.
Pricing & payment
Website prices are estimates or starting prices where indicated. Personalization, design work, materials and other requested changes may affect the final price. Once your order is confirmed, payment may be made by Interac e-Transfer to hello@timberandtumbler.ca. Please wait for confirmation before sending payment.
Turnaround & date needed
A requested date is not guaranteed until Timber & Tumbler confirms it. Turnaround can vary depending on design complexity, materials and current order volume.
Handmade materials & colour variation
Wood is a natural material, so grain, knots, engraving, scorch marks and stain appearance can vary from piece to piece. Screen settings and natural wood variation can also affect how stain and paint colours appear compared with website photos.
Custom & personalized items
Please review names, dates, spelling, colours and other personalized details carefully when your order is confirmed. Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun. This does not limit any rights or remedies that apply under law.
Problems with an order
If Timber & Tumbler made an error or you receive an item with a workmanship issue, contact us promptly at hello@timberandtumbler.ca with the order details and photos so we can review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
Pickup & Shipping
Local Pickup: Local pickup is available in Devon, Alberta. Pickup timing and instructions will be provided after the order is confirmed and completed.
Shipping: Shipping is available within Canada. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated and confirmed before payment. Shipping timing begins after the order is completed and may vary by destination and carrier.
Photo & design use
All photographs and product images on this website are the property of Timber & Tumbler. You may not copy, download, reproduce, alter, distribute, publish, use in social media or product listings, or use these images for advertising, commercial purposes or any other purpose without prior written permission from Timber & Tumbler.
